A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Collaborate with various departments to develop support strategies and document best practices for client campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with technology solutions relevant to sales operations, including telephony systems
