A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Readiness Manager, Operational Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive enablement strategies to drive operational excellence across Sales and Success
- Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge and skill gaps and translate insights into an enablement strategy
- Design multi-modal enablement programs aligned with identified performance gaps and operational priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales and/or success enablement, preferably at a SaaS company
- Experience in scoping and developing scalable learning programs tailored to different roles
- Demonstrated ability to conduct needs analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and operational best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
