A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance performance and client growth
- Design and implement a strategic vision to drive sales growth and ensure compliance across Medicare sales
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
