Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance performance and client growth
- Develop strategic visions to drive sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support the implementation of new campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with AI and telephony solutions like Amazon Connect
