Medicare Sales Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance performance and client growth
• Develop strategic visions to drive sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Collaborate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support the implementation of new campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
• Experience with AI and telephony solutions like Amazon Connect
