Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to lead the renewals process and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure on-time commitments
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners and customer-facing teams
  • Ability to create new processes and initiatives to grow business strategically
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
