Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to lead the renewals process and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure on-time commitments
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts
- Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners and customer-facing teams
- Ability to create new processes and initiatives to grow business strategically
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
