A company is looking for a Medicare Supplement and Ancillary Benefit Advisor- Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-ups on leads and referrals
- Assist customers in making informed healthcare decisions while meeting sales and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and maintain product knowledge in a multi-product environment
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of sales or contact center experience with Medicare Supplement products
- Proficient in the underwriting process and qualifying beneficiaries
- Thorough understanding of State and Federal GI rights
- Current health license is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
