Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach Member Advocates to ensure exceptional service
  • Monitor performance indicators and address issues through training and coaching
  • Promote a positive team culture and identify process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Call Center or Customer Support environment
  • Experience leading contact center teams and managing performance in high-volume operations
  • Prior experience with chat support and leading virtual teams preferred
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus
