A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach Member Advocates to ensure exceptional service
- Monitor performance indicators and address issues through training and coaching
- Promote a positive team culture and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Call Center or Customer Support environment
- Experience leading contact center teams and managing performance in high-volume operations
- Prior experience with chat support and leading virtual teams preferred
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
