Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to members via live chat, email, and phone calls
- Communicate effectively to answer questions about products, services, and estate planning
- Resolve customer complaints and handle user issues directly
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivering consumer experiences and resolving customer issues
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk and G-Suite
- Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours for 40 hours per week
- Willingness to occasionally work weekend hours
