Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing renewals and achieving revenue goals
- Experience delivering QBRs and using data to guide strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product development with customer feedback
