Key Responsibilities
- Answer over 40 customer calls daily and assist with inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, and claims
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance service and adapt to changes in procedures while maintaining professionalism
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Comfortable using a computer
- Good organizational skills
