Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and academic advising to students throughout the academic cycle
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of UMGC systems and support outreach projects to military and civilian installations
  • Track statistical data on testing and class enrollments, ensuring compliance with testing regulations and facilitating testing services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Experience working with military or non-traditional students is preferred
