Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and academic advising to students throughout the academic cycle
- Maintain and expand knowledge of UMGC systems and support outreach projects to military and civilian installations
- Track statistical data on testing and class enrollments, ensuring compliance with testing regulations and facilitating testing services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Experience working with military or non-traditional students is preferred
