Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user/UX research with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
• Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability testing
• Experience with statistical analysis tools like R, STATA, or SPSS
• Demonstrated ability to design and analyze surveys and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Must have an online research portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant work
