Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy PA/Appeals Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Prior Authorization inquiry calls and resolve formulary and benefit issues
- Process prior authorization requests accurately through multiple computer systems
- Document interactions and resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted licensure/certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- 6+ months of experience in customer service/customer relations within healthcare
- Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Currently located in Montana, Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming
