Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and disclose Final Closing Disclosure and loan documents
• Review and balance closing disclosures, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Act as a liaison between the title company, operations team, and loan officer

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of prior closing experience or in loan-related positions
• Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical systems
• Strong typing abilities and basic math skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
