Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of loan closings, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Review and audit loan files for data integrity and completeness prior to closing
• Maintain communication with internal and external parties regarding the status of loan files

Required Qualifications

• Three years of experience in mortgage loan closing for various loan types
• Experience in preparing loan closing documents for multiple investors is preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
