As a seasoned Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in crafting cost and pricing strategies that win key RFPs. Your expertise will ensure every proposal is not only accurate and compliant—but also smart, strategic, and aligned with our bold vision for the future.

• Develop cost and price proposals of varying sizes and complexities for RFP solicitations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Conduct margin analysis to align pricing strategies with organizational targets.
• Gain expertise in Shield AI product and project pricing strategies, collaborating closely with Proposal Managers to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely proposal submissions.
• Provide insightful cost and pricing analysis to direct management, ensuring senior leadership is aware of risks and opportunities identified during the pricing process.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key departments, including Contracts, Business Development, Engineering, Production & Supply Chain, Accounting, and FP&A.
• Support various programmatic ad hoc requests as needed, adapting to evolving business demands.

• Experience in government contracting, including expertise in various contract types such as Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time & Materials (T&M).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAR/DFAR, and CAS regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial practices.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years specializing in government contracting pricing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a business-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex financial insights effectively.
• A track record of dedication, trustworthiness, and high standards, consistently demonstrating professionalism, collaboration, and kindness in team environments.

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Knowledge of indirect rate structures, including overhead, G&A, and fringe benefits calculations.
• Proficiency in project planning tools, such as Microsoft Excel, to support proposal development and cost estimation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Business Development, Product Management, Program Management, and Supply Chain
• Clearance is preferred but not required.
