Motor Vehicle Accident Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, MVA (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Revenue Services teams and serve as the escalation point for claims resolution
• Analyze Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments and ensure proper reimbursement through documentation and follow-up
• Train and mentor staff, while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections and client-facing/customer service roles
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• 3-5 years of experience with MVA billing and collections required
• Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and strong computer proficiency
