Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Operations (Network & Firewall).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to meet project deliverables
• Monitor and evaluate team processes to meet customer demands
• Interact with customers on deployments and act as a point of escalation for issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10 years' experience in design, installation, and support of enterprise systems
• Experience managing and leading teams of technical engineers (Tier II/III)
• Hands-on experience with Firewall/WAF/Zero Trust technologies
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
• Preferred certifications in relevant technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
