Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Security Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for complex issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of services and solutions
• Consult with customers to plan, design, install, and optimize Cisco Secure Firewall services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Next Gen Firewall Security Products
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols
• Certifications like CCIE, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
