Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Support Specialist to provide infrastructure support and ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming Service Desk tickets related to infrastructure
- Support infrastructure components including data centers, routers, and Azure services
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment
- Proficiency in network concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP and network security
- Experience with server hardware, operating systems, Office 365, Azure, and Entra Id
- Basic PowerShell experience
