A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage the settlement process for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to facilitate quick market listings
- Act as a representative for customers during the settlement process and manage relationships with title companies
- Assist with property marketing and coordinate with the construction department to ensure project completion
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
