Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with new roofers/installers and onboard contractors
• Establish project tracking standards, oversee field activations, and ensure safety compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years' professional experience, including 8+ years in residential construction or solar development
• Strong understanding of building and regional codes
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
