Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alumni Tutor to provide academic support to nursing students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual online tutoring sessions tailored to students' learning needs
• Conduct online group tutoring sessions to foster collaboration and address common challenges
• Prepare and develop educational resources for online use to enhance tutoring effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Graduate of the Accelerated BS in Nursing program at Rutgers School of Nursing (minimum 3.5 GPA) preferred
• Grade of B or higher in courses to be tutored
