Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Program Manager to lead and manage a team on a multifamily energy efficiency program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver successful large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility clients according to contract terms
• Manage and mentor a team, setting performance standards and fostering partnerships with stakeholders
• Continuously assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to market dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field, with 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in contract development and negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• New Jersey residency required
