A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries using operating standards and knowledge base information
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and follow up with policyholders through outbound calls and emails
- Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the team to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
- Minimum of one year of call center experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
