Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality improvement initiatives across all business units
- Research and implement best practices in collaboration with health plan and specialty company business units
- Organize and oversee activities and resources to achieve enterprise-wide quality improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
- 8+ years of quality improvement experience
- Healthcare operations management experience preferred
- Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications
- Master's degree preferred
