Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Management RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, classify, and remediate critical incidents across multiple business lines
• Resolve member concurrent quality of care complaints and track clinical issues for reporting
• Provide clinical support for Quality Improvement Activities and perform clinical audits

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence
• 3+ years of risk management, case management, or managed care experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• BSN preferred
• Experience with NY Medicaid is a plus
