Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
- Evaluate and modify case goals based on the injured/disabled person's recovery and treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Must have reliable internet access
