A company is looking for a NICE Subject Matter Expert to identify data fields and API integration to their client's Data Lake.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify data fields for integration with the client's Data Lake
- Provide expertise on Contact Center as a Service using NICE applications
- Demonstrate high-level knowledge in IVR and Call Center data
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with NICE applications and the CxOne platform
- Strong expertise in API integration
- High-level knowledge of IVR and Call Center data
- Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in NICE
- Ability to work remotely as a contractor
