Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of processors handling a pipeline of HELOC applications
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, federal and state regulations, and investor requirements in application processing
• Monitor processing pipelines and provide coaching and performance feedback to staff

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home equity processing
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• NMLS licensed or ability to obtain license within 30 days of employment
