Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Non-QM Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Non-QM loan offerings
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create a Non-QM marketing strategy
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the Non-QM market

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the mortgage lending landscape, particularly Non-QM and DSCR programs
• Proven experience leading a specialty product-related team in the Non-QM space
• Experience in managing credit risk associated with Non-QM loans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in product education and training for Underwriters and Account Executives
