A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screenings, assessments, and referrals for individuals seeking mental health services
- Provide support and consultation to callers and community emergency services, ensuring safety and appropriate resource allocation
- Maintain compliance and reporting standards, addressing quality concerns and documenting call activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in a Human Services field
- Minimum of three years post-degree experience in mental health support services
- Current, active, and unrestricted behavioral health license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC)
- Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding client rights and confidentiality
- Ability to assess clinical needs and provide crisis response via telephonic communication
