Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Business Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all contracting activities for retail and specialty pharmacy locations, including compliance and credentialing
• Oversee enrollments and notifications regarding pharmacy permits and changes
• Ensure pharmacies meet standards for patient care, safety, and compliance through established processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD accepted, graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience required; 2 years of regulatory and business experience preferred
• Licensed to practice pharmacy (RPh or PharmD) in good standing with the relevant state board
• Experience in financial and business functions for retail and specialty pharmacies
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory notifications related to pharmacy transactions
