Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting
• Make independent treatment and level of care decisions, managing own schedule and referrals
• Complete patient assessments, plan therapeutic interventions, and coordinate treatment processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent licensure required
• Completion of state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions or de-escalation techniques within three months of hire, as applicable
• Good working knowledge of computers and ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations
