Key Responsibilities

- Assist with consumer scheduling, ensuring access to care and follow-up on appointments
- Document call activities and consumer information in the electronic health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Four years of experience in a community, business, or governmental program delivering mental health support services
- Knowledge of local human services agencies and community resources
- Ability to operate computer equipment and manage multiple software programs
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
