Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Acute Care/Internal Medicine (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for medical and surgical patients, including pharmacokinetics and medication profile reviews
• Participate in committee work and projects to enhance pharmacy practice
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residency programs and students

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions
• Knowledge of state and local regulations
• Hospital experience or residency preferred
• Valid pharmacy license in good standing
