Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Therapist (Intake & Therapy) with WI LCSW or LPC licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
• Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
