Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer 1 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design modification packages for operating nuclear power plants
• Prepare and review system and component performance specifications and functional mechanical drawings
• Conduct engineering analyses and evaluations to support modifications and operation of plant systems

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
• Working knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable to mechanical engineering design of nuclear power plants
