Director of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead their Solutions Engineering team for the North America East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Partner with regional Sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for pipeline generation and revenue growth
• Join key customer engagements to support discovery, demos, and technical evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering or related technical pre-sales roles, with at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience leading teams supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions
• Strong business acumen and technical credibility in BI or data warehousing
• Proven success aligning pre-sales resources to sales strategy across large geographies
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (CS, Engineering, or similar preferred)
