Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering or machine learning
• Experience delivering business-critical ML systems that influence revenue or customer experience
• Solid understanding of backend architecture fundamentals and ML integration
