Vice President of Application Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Application Development to lead engineering teams in the development and maintenance of their healthcare claims processing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all application development for the platform and manage a team of 25 engineers
• Ensure high system uptime and drive the technical roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Implement performance management systems and execute a migration plan from legacy systems to a modern cloud-native platform

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior management experience with a track record of managing hybrid development teams
• Experience with AI frameworks and legacy .NET 4.8 codebases in production environments
• Proven success in technology stack modernization initiatives
• Understanding of healthcare claims processing and compliance requirements
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments in regulated environments
