Nursing Manager - RN License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of 10-15 part-time nurses, overseeing QA/QI, supervision, and scheduling
• Conduct clinical intake visits with prospective patients, documenting histories and educating them about treatment
• Implement quality initiatives and provide ongoing feedback to enhance patient care and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with diabetes patients in a clinical setting
• 3+ years of experience managing nurses in an ambulatory or clinical diabetes setting
• Active RN license in a Nursing Licensure Compact state with at least one year of clinical experience
• Associate or Bachelor's RN Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Interest in working with a growth stage, tech-enabled healthcare organization
