Occupancy Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planning Analyst to manage occupancy planning and space management analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to determine space management and occupancy planning needs
• Coordinate occupancy planning projects and develop innovative solutions for space requests
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates on occupancy planning initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience in lieu of degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in space utilization and occupancy planning or workplace design is a plus
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and design concepts
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with change management is a plus
