Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Pharmacist Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Prior Authorization Pharmacists and their daily operations
• Review and approve training curriculum and ensure staff are adequately trained
• Monitor and improve the Prior Authorization process while ensuring compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist or PharmD
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Experience with Medicaid and Prior Authorization processes
• Qualified by education or experience to provide oversight
