Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (Start of Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain current certification
• Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
