A company is looking for an Omnichannel/Merchandizing Analyst-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, track, and report on key digital KPIs and maintain automated dashboards
- Conduct funnel and cohort analyses to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements
- Own A/B testing analytics performance and create reporting for internal teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital product analytics and customer behavioral analytics
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated dashboards
- Knowledge of omnichannel experimentation and testing strategies
- Ability to conduct segmentation of users and map customer journeys
- Experience with e-commerce campaign analytics and performance readouts
