Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clients using the platform through various communication methods
• Assist existing customers with software usage and resolve inquiries
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and retention

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience in relevant roles
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) are a plus
• Compatible graduation course (completed)
• More than 2 years of proven experience in customer support
• Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection
