Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant, R/MM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee the onboarding process for multiple restaurant groups
• Assist in implementing and configuring the Toast POS system while documenting any deviations from best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing implementation roles; restaurant experience preferred
• Proven success in delivering complex projects and managing rollout schedules
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
• Experience in customer training is a plus
