Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Engagement Manager to support the implementation and post-deployment service delivery of Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of enterprise-scale Workday solutions by collaborating with customer business teams and internal delivery teams
- Manage project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure successful post-deployment service delivery and governance of Workday solutions
Required Qualifications
- Some lifecycle project experience in areas like functional solution design, implementation, and service management
- Experience in commercial management and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide pre-sales support and devise viable solutions with a sales team
- Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment with a strong customer focus
- Willingness to learn about relevant subject matter and improve tools and processes
