Key Responsibilities

• Oversee testing procedures and processes for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
• Conduct integration test performance and data analysis
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with functional requirements

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in incident resolution, report development, and testing
• Proven experience with Change Management and Training in PeopleSoft modules
• Extensive knowledge of agile design, build, and test methodologies
• Strong analytical skills related to system applications
• Experience with project plans and defect documentation
